Returning an Item

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To cancel your order, please email me at disirjewellery@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Once you have notified me, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging where possible

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unless faulty, I cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised pieces
  • Commissioned work
  • Made-to-order items created specifically for you
  • Earrings where hygiene packaging or seals have been removed

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault, or is not as described, please contact me as soon as possible at disirjewellery@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs where possible

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.

Exercising Your Right to Cancel

Customers within the European Union may exercise their right to withdraw from a purchase during the statutory withdrawal period by using the online withdrawal form available on this page or by contacting me directly at disirjewellery@gmail.com.

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received.
